    Request waiver of $10 late payment for Aug.

    Paid today online bill (including the penalty) sent via mail which I just got since we were out of town for the last 3 weeks. I have now registered online payment with GE. You will note that when payment was with the previous bank, I have almost always paid my bill online on time. Thanks in anticipation of your favorable consideration.
