Saddly it is a sign of the times.... Sex is casual. Saddly, ppl can hit it and quit it without a second thought. I am not made that way and could imagine how painful it would feel to give myself to someone and feel rejected at the same time.
My only advise it to look for a better breed of woman. One that respects herself as much as you do.
