      It could be anything from low blood pressure to Vertigo. You need to see a Doctor.

        Thank you for asking. He still has to be very careful and turn his head slowly from left to right.He still gets dizzy once in a while. Mel, how are you doing with your dizziness? Please let me know, maybe there is something I can pass on to my son-in-law

        This could mean a fwe things you need to speak to your Doctor rather sooner than later you may have low blood pressure or as Ann said Vertigo or a inner ear problem in what they call a Glue ear or a dull ear this is what I have good luck !
