take up arthritic swimming and water exercises at your local community pool., They make the water warm for arthritics. All the older people were doing it in my neighborhood, adn they got a lot of relief from it. Just swimming and floating around in a warmer pool helped my shoulder a lot last winter. I trust you have seen a specialist about your problem. .What did he/ she  reccomend........Physical Therapy ?

junnsun, soryy about the diagnose. This is a medical situation and you have to follow what the doc says. For arthrities, GLUCOSSOMINE WITH cONDROTIN HAS been helpful but check with doc. Take care and be careful not to fall.
