who do I contact to lodge a complaint against unscruplous business practices
A paint and body shop retained my RV for 6 mos giving every excuse why the work wasn't being completed. He then misquoted the bill by $$400.00 saying I owed him still. I gave him $300.00 with $100.00 left to pay. I drove my RV home even tho it was incomplete and the paint job was unacceptable. Now he says he will report the RV stolen. I told him my intentions and he just walked away from me!
