Chances are the people you associate with are same way. You have not learned yet. Try attending a church.  Get involved . Guarantee you will feel appreciated when you get involved and volunteer. Try volunteer at hospital. No nothing wrong with you, its a learning process thats all.

It is important that we know our weaknesses so that we can improve in those areas.  No people are born leaders.  You can become a leader by upgrading yourself.  Suggestions by Zorro are worth trying. 

We are all just cogs in the wheel. Others may move up but the wheel still needs the cogs....
