      The size of their gonads change for sure and the rest pretty much depends upon the dog's temperament to begin with.

        if its a dog it should stop him wanting to go after female dogs ,plus it allegedly makes them less aggressive(i say allegedly as it didnt change the temperament of the last dog i had) .
