Yes, look again, the Roman link markers are inverted, effectively counting down from 11 to one on the dial clockwise. So if you look at the renders the watch is link reading 10:10, and only the hands are flipped. The movement itself follows suit as the manual-winding 230MC link has an inverted mechanism and winds – well – backward.
