    Does This Make Sense?

    Why when you make a purchase on your debit card, the money is removed from your bank account IMMEDIATELY and when you have a refund of a purchase, it takes 7 to 10 days to put the money back? It is the same process, just in reverse, so why the time difference?

      Maybe because they make more interest off of your money with the delay?? (just a thought)

        Those are my exact thoughts as well, but that seems extremely unfair. Don't you agree? It's all electronic so it's not like it would go slower in reverse!
