    Committing murder in the us & being tried in mexico

    If someone commits a murder in the us & flees to Mexico, then they ask to be tried in Mexico & it's granted. Can they ever return to the us when their sentence is up?

      If you get tried In Mexico. You don't even want to go too jail in Mexico.I would rather go to the middle east.
