    Does dehydration cause aching in body?

    Being dehydrated can  bring on muscle aches and cramps. If there is not enough water and electrolytes present in the body, your muscles will not be able to perform correctly and you may experience muscle spasms and cramps. If you become dehydrated, your muscles may become tender and weak.
