On a PC: click on Tools, Pop up Blocker, Click on Turn off Pop Up Blocker

Thanks Freedomfighter but I don't have this listed on my Tools - tried already but it is not shown on the dropdown when I click on Tools - any other ideas - I'd be so grateful
