apartment inspections

How far can a owner go when inspection an apartment that is rented..ie stove,fridge,clossetts,bedrooms etc.

Well, it's really bright! What would you link call this color? It's almost neutral in its brightness.I wouldn't normally be drawn link to it. It's got a lot of lime and yellow-lime. I'm not usually a fluorescent color kind of guy, but link I loved the idea that you could put a really well-rendered kiwi on the face, and no numbers.
