If a human is used in trade that exploits humans then it is slavery. I can not think of another word that would describe such a thing. Prostitution is also a form of slavery. Generically speaking, all trades use human beings and we are all slaves to the company we work for but not exploited, we are paid for the services we provide. So, I am not certain your question had been answered..
