Oh goodness yes! Mine was a souped up ex-police car, a Grand Torino with extremely oversized parts and one helluva engine capacity. Way too much power for one's first car. Plus I didn't learn to drive until I was 30 and to teach me was a high strung, slightly neurotic, nervous friend with our two young children fighting in the back seat. Ah memories!
