      Go to the food stamp office and sign in and sit there for a long time til you get an interview.

        I don't know why you'd be getting survey offers for food stamps as they don't exactly recruit YOU....you have to go down to your local food stamp office (Department of Human Services) in your area to apply or to get an application to take home and complete
