        I don't know what you mean by "hard sleep".  Are you talking about sleeping "soundly"?  Wouldn't you be the one to answer that and then give advice to others?

            Presuming you sleep hard, as in "not disturbed" by noises and such, don't knock it. If you awaken when your alarm goes on or can be roused awake in an emergency, enjoy it. Like you have heard here, many of us have trouble getting to sleep before 4 A.M.

              INSOMNIA...Rarely has anything to do with how hard you work or your  conscience(IMHO)!!!...It `s just a horrible condition that I wouldn`t wish on ANYONE!!!:-(.
