    What do I have to do if I am selling a motorcycle to someone who lives in another country and is shipping the motorcycle to their country?

      Nothing. Just sell him the motorcycle and turn the title over to him. Once the title is in his name and you have a bill of sale for the motorcycle, you're no longer responsible for it.
