        Surely the only human who had no faults was the Blessed Virgin Mary, she of the Immaculate Conception. The word immaculate is derived from the latin word 'macula' or stain.


        PJII of the original question is probably the late John Paul II, who almost certainly did something naughty when a child, and possibly as an adult.
