      I think it would be good for that; b/c I think Hydroxytone is a brand name for Hydrocortizone Cr. or ointment. ......which is good for  skin inflamations. It's helped me for everything from poison ivy to shingles, sun burn, spider bites, It also helps for rosesea, psoraisis, and dermatitis.,seborea,  and light burns.
