Hmmm, with a variety of ways to interpret what should have been a simple question, the answers might get whacky.
I would like to develop the software I wrote about in an answer to one of itsmee's questions. I wouldn't use it, because I am neither a pharmacist nor physician.
On the other hand, I use my car, running water, toilet, radio, refrigerator, microwave, blender, telephone multiple times every day.
