I was taught not to use "and" unless it was for value following a decimal point, so I would say:
one million, four hundred fifty-two thousand, five hundred eighty.
....which is the same amount as pythonlover told you.

That's how they pronounce numbers on "Jeopardy". No "and". Sounds kind of odd to me but I know that it is correct.
