    how do you put together a 49cc 2stroke four wheeler motor

     Connect the piston rod to the crankshaft- put the crank case halves together attach the piston to the rod, slowly insert the piston into the bottom of the cylinder and drop the cylinder over the piston, bolt the cylinder to the crankcase housing, Place the cylinder head on top of the cylinder and bolt it in, squirt some wd-40 in the plug hole and then add the sparkplug next install the exhaust, screw in the carburetor, fuel line to gas tank- add fuel and oil and start''er up!   Easy!! Now for four stroke, it might take a bit longer. LOL!   BTW, are we talking reed valve or carburater here? magneto or glow plug?? This will need to be addressed in the next chapter   :)
