    Boat Dock Laws Concerning Right-A-Way Properties

    We Have A Right-A-Way And Shoreline Recreational Activities On A Lake In NYS That Is In Our Deed. The Owner Of The Right-A-Way Is Preventing Us From Putting In A Potable Dock For Our 14' Boat. Also We Are Handicapped And There Is No Handicap Access Down To The Lake. Can You Help?

    Go to the city and ask to file a variance to the property that allows you to build a handicap access and dock. It has to be approved, but if no one argues against it, you will win.
