Hello,
Just to let you in on a bit of info. Castor oil I call it the "wonder healer" after my grandma who past at 109 may she rest in peace, she used castor oil as a natural remedy for many different aliments and it work 100% of the time especially in your case when apply very warm to massage the area at nights, this wlll bring flexibility to the ligaments helping to reduce the intense pain and allow you to have more movements.
