    sudocrem is pretty good,also make sure you keep changing position.also special matresses and cushions are helpful.also make sure your patient is kept clean if incontinent and dried properly

    Cleaning the wound, exercising, quiting unhealthy habits (e.g. smoking), cushioning on bony area.  Take food high in protein for building muscle and strengthening the body.  Eggs. children, meat, fish and legumes are rich in protein.  Consume more water to keep the skin hydrated and improves its overall health, thus reducing the risk of bed sores.

    drink a lot of alcohol and smoke some weed
