It sounds like you have given the system a big gut full of air.You will need to bleed it out.
Loosen the fuel intake pipe on Number one injector then turn the engine over until there is a steady flow of fuel.Repeat this proceedure on #2,#3 #4 & so on.
Be careful you don't set the car on fire.Try to capture the fuel being pumped out safely.
