      Grab it by the corners on the top and just move it to the right.  If you try to do it from the middle, it won't work.


      I believe someone will come along with a better description of "how to" but this is the best I can do.


      Maybe you have your answer by now, David. (I have a Mac so I kinda live in a different world. So what works for me won't necessarily work for you.)


      You could, of course, lift the whole thing but I don't think that's what you meant.
