Depends.  If you are talking about what colors of clothing to wear so at least the COLOR looks good on you, it depends on your hair, eye, and skin color.

If you want to know what colors of makeup to wear, that, too, depends on your skin color, and (to some degree) your hair and eye color.

If it is tones for your make-up,go to a large department store and at the cosmetics section there is assistants there that are only to happy to help you with make-up to suit your complexion.Hair dresses can advise on a hair color .For color in home furnishings creams and beiges go with a lot of colors,i'm just not sure what your question implies, hope this helps you.
