Hello im having problems with my PC.There was a toolbar on the bottom of my screen once(toolbar automaticaly appers) and now i dont have it.Ive been trying to fix this problem for 5 days and ive got nothing except for another toolbar deleted.And i dont know how this happened but i need an answer because i cant take it.Hope you answer and thanks.

      That's actually called a task bar. You may have hidden it by accident. Right click where it should be and check mark, "show task bar".
