    I roasted a loin of pork and it is too tough to eat. Any suggestions on how to re-cook it? I hope you aren't going to say throw it away

    Chop it up into fine pieces or shred it, throw some BBQ Sauce on it, heat it up, serve it on Hamburger Buns or Kaiser Rolls with some cole slaw or chips and dill pickles and there you go - a fine Texas leftover dinner. From Yvonne's kitchen.
