    i am buying a new car with an extended warranty and wonder if dealership

    closes how will i get car serviced

      Contact your state attorney general and find out how to enforce the warranty. This may result in you having to take the owner to small claims court. Now if this is a major car dealer like Ford or Chrysler or such, then the warranty will be covered by any  company garage.
