      I should have said NO STAMPS neccessary

        Check for a " return to " addr. ( often on the top left corner or on the back. Mark in fairly large & strong text " R.T. S.  "   return to sender on the front. You probably you should slightly cross you addr off. 


        . I think if you do this a time or 2, that might be the end of it
