Lights that were sighted during world war II that followed aircrafts that were on missions.
Defo not alien sicko tourists but either from the future( this new movie they're trying to make ) or secret US spy planes.

'Foo Fighters' (not the rock band) was first coined in 1944 when allied ww2 pilots reported seeing strange lights following them, also German pilots and even Japanese in the Pacific also reported seeing the strange lights in the sky. 'Foo Fighters' a name given to 'Unidentified flying Objects' before the Kenneth Arnold sighting  of a 'saucer shaped object' in Washington State in 1947.. Since that date, 'Foo Fighters' are now known as UFO's. Like Ufo's, foo Fighters have never been explained away..
