      If your spouse has been missing for 7 years, and has been reported to the police when he/she went missing. You can declare him /her dead. No divorce. It's cheaper to divorce, not risk prison!

        You are married till you are legally divorced. There is no law saying you have to live together. Sorry.

          it depents if you dont have communication from your spouse for a number of years than you could file for divorse yes you are legally married for ever no way out until you both hafto suffer
