        I agree with karma. It could have other meanins, but its very likely its internal bleeding and with stomach pain going on this long, head straight  for the doctor!!!

          Sounds like a bleeding ulcer see you're Doctor asp and if worsens before you can see him or her go to an urgent walk in care or emergency!
