    does anybody know why computer chairs just slide down after you've set it to the height you want to sit at?

    I work from home, and constantly have to be adjusting my computer chair every 30 mins because as soon as I swivel to either side, the chair slides down?

      I would say it is time for a new chair sounds like the hydraulics that make it stay in place once set are worn out.

        They're gas or air filled and when you sit in them, that compresses a little.
