Vitamin C is a scorbic acid, it is water soluble, which helps if you take to much. It doesn't build up in the system. However, anything above 75-90 mg a day is dangerous. It causes DNA to mutate, that causes health problems. It is also hard on the tummy. Eat Strawberries, or other fruit. That's all you need. Keep it simple, keep it safe!
