    i know everyone tells me to like and love the way i look but i just cant i think im fat and i need away to get that out of my head so i need to loose some super wait to do tht i just need help to

          If your height and weight is in the healthy weight range for your age,you do not have to loose weight.Check this out first,if you are above the healthy weight range go on a sensible eating plan and diet until you reach the desired weight.There is no quick fixes to loosing weight.
