Press "Start" and then position the mouse over "Programs."

Point to "Administrative Tools" and then click "Internet Information Services."

Click "Default Website" and then right-click "Localstart.asp."

Click "Properties" and then go to the "File Security" tab.

Go to the section "Anonymous access and authentication control" and then click "Edit.

Go to the "Authentication Methods" property page and clear "Anonymous access."
