    what studies? You make the claims, but not the source nor and the type of methodology that was used in the studies.

    Any claim you make must be backed up by facts. Bald claims, as in bald accusations, are not believable and most times turn out to be false. Being from Harvard Law, I would assume that your are aware of that. I have Donald Tashkin's 2006 study, which was a much larger study than the 1997 study. I suggest you read it. I have a copy sent to me by Dr. Tashkin, if you would like a copy, I would be glad to E-Mail it to you.
