      Certificates of training would seem to be the place to start. In addition you need to call all references from previous companies and the candidate should have several years of work experience.

        Apparently there is trouble with their "new answer box". I didn't know anything about the new box until I, myself, had a problem this morning. I emailed them with my concern, several hours ago. Thanks for contacting them Ben.

        The person would have to be a good judge of character along with the insurance gained by requesting at least 2 references from the prospective 'equipment operator'.
