    can you freeze peppers

    Yes.  I have frozen them and used them in soup and sauces.  However, frozen peppers are not good in salads since their crispness is no longer present .  I cut them into the size pieces I am going to use, wash and dry them, and place them in a ziploc bag.  I also force as much air out of the bag as possible so the peppers will not develop "freezer crystals".
