    A negative number(-6) * a negative number(-4) will always equal a positive number(+24). Same with division. A negative number(-24) / a negative number(-6) will always equal a positive number(+4).

    Negative Rules:

    Multiplication and Division

    -5 * -7 = 35

    -5 * 7 = -35

    -35/-7 = 5

    -35/7 or 35/-7 = -5

    Addition and Subtraction

    -9 + -5 = -14

    -9 + 5 or 5 + -9 = -4

    -7 - (-5) = -2  >  you cannot minus a negative, the number will become positive.

    -7 + 5

    6 - (-5) = 11

    6 + 5

All positive numbers the answer will be positive.

    8 + 9 = 17

    17 - 8 = 9

    6 * 7 = 42

    42/7 = 6
