      Get a can of compressed air and blow out all the vents you can find. If it is easy to open the case, blow off the fan paddles as they get coated with dust.


      Sometimes viruses can cause your computer to overheat.

        Invest in a laptop cooler. They can be found anywhere you buy computer accessories.
