    Can you sharpen a fuzzy picture that looks OK reduced in size. but looks bad enlarged?

    Some of my pictures are quite old and would like to use a couple of them, But when I blow them up and print them full size, the fuzziness ruins the photo

    Yes, you can sharpen fuzzy pictures. Use a photo editor to sharpen them. I use Photofiltre
