    it could be pre-cancerous. But, you won't know untill you see a Dr.  ........So go to a dentist and he send you to an oral surgeon. They can tell you what's wrong. Or go to your family Dr. and (s)he will send you to the right place if  (s)he is a good Dr.


     

    cmb - I find it strange that you are asking the same question as you asked two years ago. How do you know it is a mucocoele - if your dentist told you this, he would have referred you to a Consultant. If you have researched this yourself you still need to check this out with your dentist who will refer if necessary.  More or less the same advice as mycatsmom.
