If voltage/amperes and polarity is the same, and of course the plug in interface is the correct size, then yes.
I'm not sure with camcorder batteries but if the battery is a lithium, they must have a balanced charger, they are very dangerous. In any event, be carful when charging batteries, this is not something that you experiment with. Improper charging can result in a fire, damage to the device and personal injury.
