Yes goldfish can eat the tropical fish food. The tropical food which is in form of flakes is designed to feed a mix of tropical fish species. The goldfish are omnivorous and can eat lots of vegetables with no harm. The gold fish usually needs a lot of oxygen and clean fresh water.
