Veggie burgers
My mom played a trick on her old aunt. She took the meat out of her aunts burger then after she had taken a couple of bites asked her if she liked the burger . Her aunt told her that she loved the char-grilled taste. I think she ate the whole burger with no actual meat inside.
That's exactly how the fast food joints got away with putting in tiny hamburg patties for years. Just add the charcoal flavoring.
